Feedback is essential to success. When you use Best Buy’s Geek Squad, you promptly receive an email requesting your feedback. If you shop at Target, your receipt invites you to take a two-minute survey about your experience. After you dine out, you can post a review on Yelp! When you provide constructive and timely feedback, you can reinforce what is excellent and support continuous improvement.

As important as feedback is in the business world, it is even more important in a coalition. As a membership organization, The Action Group needs feedback. You – the members – are the equivalent of both the shareholders and customers. We want to hear from you.

If you attend an event (like the Summit or a member meeting), you have an opportunity to provide immediate feedback on that specific event. However, we also need broader, strategic input.
