Executive Summary of 2015 Minnesota Health Action Group Annual Benefits Survey (please note that full results are available exclusively to Survey participants).
The 2015 Minnesota Health Action Group Annual Employer Benefits Survey, open to members and non-members, reflects information provided by 41 employers who are either headquartered in, or have employees in, Minnesota. The participating companies represent nearly 260,000 employees: Over 174,000 in the Twin Cities, and about 85,200 throughout the rest of the state.
Once the Survey results are released, The Action Group convenes those who have completed it for peer-to-peer discussion. Through the Survey, we collect data on:
- Plan costs and contributions
- Wellness strategies and tactics
- Goals and measurements
- Consultant and broker vendors and solutions (and their effectiveness)
- Trending topics
- Retiree medical
- Health benefits eligibility
- Collective bargaining, union populations
- Health care reform
- New ways to improve the health care system
